i have purchased a new iPhone 6s I can sign in with my apple I d and password but if I try to install Facebook app it asked my to sign in again but then says sign in failed

Do you have separate Apple IDs for iCloud and the iTunes & App Store? If so, make sure you're inputting the passcode correctly. If the problem persists, please contact Apple Support to resolve it. Thanks.
