My Apple ID was disabled?

Not sure if this belongs here if not it can be moved. But I keep getting emails every so often that my Apple ID was disabled. There is no reason for it to be disabled. Here is the message. To me it seems false and so does the email address seems fishy. Can anyone advise if this is indeed a phishing email. I'm not doing anything with it and taking the chance that it is false. What would be the email any issues with an account would come from?

Looks fake.

Log in to on your own to check your account status.

If anything looks amiss, change your password. Then call Apple directly.

I suggest some time reading or taking a few lessons on basic security so you will recognize attempts at fooling you.
