Moving Background on iOS 7?

I was just playing around with the new update and checking out all the neat features and I noticed when I tilt the phone slightly up or down, the icons move... or the wallpaper does? Is it just me?

It is a parallax effect. New in iOS 7.

If you find it particularly bothersome, it can be turned off, too.

(Settings > General > Accessibility > Reduce Motion > [ON] )

I personally hope the live panoramic wallpapers are brought in a future update...that was a really cool feature that I was sad to learn was omitted from the this first version.
