Move entire iCloud Photo Library to Google Photos

I am trying to move my whole iCloud Photo Library to Google Photos, as I think that Google has a much better program. Any suggestions as how to do it?

I think there's a program for Mac called "Google Photos backup" or something like that. If you download all the photos with the Photos app on the Mac, it'll let you sync those all at once.
