Mouse needs to be woken up with a mouse-click??

This is just a tiny tiny issue, not worth mentioning really... but I DID notice that since I installed macOS Sierra, directly after booting my mouse has to be woken up by a simple mouse-click.
This also happens when my screen turns off (after the screensaver), whenever I turn the screen back on, the mouse needs to be woken up again with a mouse-click.

Has anyone else noticed this??

My mouse is jumpy and my keyboard prompt a crash report when i use the shift key.
