After more than 15 years covering everything Apple, it’s with a heavy heart we announce that we will no longer be publishing new content on iMore and the iMore forums will be closing as of November 1st, 2024.
OKay, I figured it out and got it this morning.

What did you figure out? Do you have to use raise to wake?
Yes I have raise to wake set, but my issue was I had DND activated. I turned it off and BAM...it worked.
Are you still having problems getting it to show @Ledsteplin?
I thought they all said to activate DND. This just gets confusing. And I haven't been using "raise to wake".
I got it this morning and did realize it was the first raise/wake of my phone after DND deactivated.

What did you mean by "after DND deactivated"?
FWIW, I do not use Raise to Wake and it worked for me this morning.
Same here. I do not want an alarm in the morning - I wake up when I wake up. (I may try setting with a silent sound just to see what happens, though.)
As an update, two straight days without the Good Morning greeting, even with bedtime turned on and a silent alarm set. Worse, the "silent" alarm somehow turned into an Apple Watch non-silent alarm on day three (but not day one and two). So, it worked once, didn't work twice. Bedtime now turned off, I'm back to my regular scheduled DND from 11pm to 7 am.
There is some secret sauce to this feature that I am missing.
No clue, but it's worked 3 mornings in a row for me.

Same here. It's working on a daily basis now. KOOL![]()

Wasn't there this morning. But I slept a little late, and a bunch of notifications had come in.
