Monitor not displaying from Windows PC/ got a new iMac!

Hey my parents got an iMac for Christmas and I wanted to transfer some data from their old computer but the monitor isn’t displaying anything and I’ve tried 3 different monitors does anyone have any ideas on how to remedy this?

Does the PC in question have a second video output? If so, try that one.

Got it figured out. The motherboard of the PC went out and just got the data I needed from the HardDrives that were installed and transferred that data to the new iMac.
