mms audio files

I know that you can save an mms pic or video but is there a way to save an audio mms? I have herd you have to do it through itunes but is there no way to do it straight from your phone and save it to your phone?

I just tested this myself and sadly I do not see a way to save the voice memo from a MMS. If anyone else knows of a way, please speak up.
