Missing Many Many Albums When I Look

Best way to describe it. I type in The Who. I look at albums, not all are there. I'm not talking about top albums choice, using albums choice. On my phone by the way (using music app).

When I hit search, I can find the song or album, what gives? I am searching apple music not my music.Why wont all of the albums/songs in apple music show up?

Same here, I searched for "Prince" and only Prince in MyMusic came up. I'm thinking some artist didn't sign up with AppleMusic or didn't give their authorization. Of course this is only my speculation.

No, for me that is not the issue because if I search, it shows up but if I look under artist then they don't. they are on Apple Music, but the only way I can see it is to search specifically.

Someone has to have an answer.

Now, upon a cursory look I see that some of the albums that are missing I have in my music. Would that make a difference? I wouldn't think it should.

Okay I figured it out. The albums were under "top albums" and not "albums." Why would not every album be under "albums" and the best are just sub categorized as "top albums"?
