If you're not on the beta you're not on 9.1 but rather 9.0.1 which is different. 9.1 has not been released.

I'm running iOS 9.1 Dev Beta 2, and if you're running iOS 9.1, you are indeed on the beta unless you intended to say iOS 9.0.1.
