I own iPhone 3g and also hd2 pocket pc and am greatly interested in the iPhone 4 but I would like to know how do I transfer my word documents on it even to view only but I do not have WIFI.

the only way I know of doing it is using docs to go which costs like 10 bucks but it transfers files over wi-fi

hmmmmmmm when my customers send me excel files and i open it via the mail application already installed onto the iphone..it allows me to view it :) and this was on my 3g.... i would assume its the same of word documents but i haven't had the need to open one as of yet.......

if you have the mail app set up, you can send a word document via attachment, to that email addy and then go through that program and open it up to see if you can view it?
