We are a small startup company in Las Vegas looking to purchase a pre-built basic messenger application for Android and iPhone. We are also open to hiring a developer (local preferred) to create one, if none are available as out-of-the-box solutions.

- Set and adhere to realistic deadlines
- Possess high ethical and professional standards
Software experience:
- Android Development Kit (ADK) or Xcode (iOS)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
- Pluses include: HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, and other related web technologies
