Messages in the cloud. What does “conversation” mean in settings

Hi while exploring the messages in iCloud I came across a “conversations” option does anybody know what this is for

I have 11mb of messages stored but the conversation says 4.6kb. What does this actually mean what is the difference between the 11mb and the 4.6 mb in conversations view

I'm not sure. I mean, I don't know if it's referring to conversation threads or not, but hopefully, clarification on what it specifically refers to will be available soon.

yes sometimes it notice it will say zero KB and then show a random amount with my friend in the conversations perhaps. its Odd
