Hello,

I'm trying to decide what item to choose. 13'' dual-core or 15'' quad-core. 13'' is portable and cheaper. 15'' has 4 cores. That is the tradeoff...

i'm going to run Windows virtual machine with SQL server, IIS and Visual Studio. So the question is: will it be enough 13'' cores to do my job?

In both options 16ram and 512ssd will be chosen.

Thanks

Not sure I understand your idea. I'm going to run Windows virtual machine on Mac. So the question in place is: will it be enough power in Mac 13''(CPU in particularity) to run VS, SQL server, IIS on virtual machine

I understand that. I just wanna know if smb tried to develop under Windows vm on 13'', because portability is rather important for me.
RAM and ssd are fine in 13'' the only possible bottleneck is CPU, so I wonder how things are happening with it.
