On the mobile site, this button is perilously close to the page number buttons?more than a few times I've accidentally marked all read while trying to browse the forums. I wonder if it's possible to make use of the big empty space to the right?

Is "Mark Forums Read" even an option anymore? I've been using the full site so I can have access to that feature, but lately I keep getting kicked to the mobile view and I don't see it anywhere.

I didn't see that option when I briefly logged into the mobile site on my iPhone after reading your post. I don't use or like the mobile web site and thus, I use Tapatalk for its ease of use and maneuverability.

Thanks, but note that on the current mobile site I don't see a Mark Forums Read button at all! Would be a great addition for frequent readers.

Massie,

Confirmed that the 'mark as read' option is not available. Interestingly though, the screenshot you posted doesn't look like the same mobile theme we're running on the iMore forums.. which device was that pulled from? I've included a shot of what I see on my desktop and mobile device when I use the mobile template... (just want to make sure we're both on the same page before we look into any particular issues).

James, I can confirm that I logged on to the same mobile site that Massie logged onto and saw the same view, however, now when I login via the iMore forums mobile site, I get the same view as the one displayed in your screenshot. The only difference was that I think I logged in the last time using a 4S, but I'm not positive.

If you're looking at my initial post—I posted that over a year ago. I'm guessing the layout has been updated since then. Now mine looks like yours; I just miss the button/function.

Any updates on this feature? Being able to mark all read from the mobile site would be a huge help when trying to keep up with new threads on the go!
