Maps Connect puts local businesses on the map

Apple had launched a new web tool called Maps Connect that allows local businesses to manage their listings on Apple Maps. Companies can provide additional information about their businesses, such as their email address or phone number. Any updates made should take about a week to show up on Apple Maps and customers can use Siri to search for your businesses so you gain a geo-presence.
