Mail view split into 3 with iPadOS 14.4.2

Have 4 aol.com email addresses plus iCloud.

When opening Mail, used to display all 5 accounts, plus drafts, in column on 1/3 left, and last email read on 2/3 of right.

With update to 14.4.2, upon opening mail, view is split into 3:
Left 1/3 email accounts
Middle 1/3 most recent emails of whatever account is highlighted / grayed
Right 1/3 last email read of whichever account

Any way I can get this back to the way it was before, or do I need to just get used to it?

Just swipe the folder list off to the left. The folder list will just be hidden.

Thanks. Don’t necessarily want to hide the folder list, just don’t want to see any email from whatever any account leftover from when I last checked email accounts. There’s always the last email I read sticking around on the right 1/3.
