Magnetic Air Vent Mount

Hello, I received a magnetic holder, and finally it seems everything perfect, it holds great the phone, does not fall very easy retrieval and installation, only one thing bothers me, it can damage the battery of the device? or something else? (the car mount inserts into the Air Vent)

A magnet in the wrong place can impede GPS performance... Or cellular reception...
