I updated to MacOS Sierra and the fan is always on because it is overheating too much. Anyone else with the same issue? Anyway to relieve the pressure.

I am experiencing this too, having updated late yesterday and working on my 2014 MBP 15 all day today. But I'm not too concerned yet - I vaguely recall this same sluggishness happening for a day or two after first upgrading the OS to El Capitan. If by tomorrow night it's not sorted out I'll consider a clean install : (

Just updated last night on a 2011 MBP. Surprisingly smooth so far, and no fans/overheating issues.
