All seems fine to me. My Mac Mini M1 arrives tomorrow so kinda interested to see if I'll have any BT issues with this new build now being out there.

The new update is running fast and smoothly on my Mac Mini M1, my MacBook Pro and my work-issued MacBook Air.

With the exception of the following items, I haven't used any bluetooth devices with my Mac Mini M1.

  1. Apple Bluetooth Keyboard
  2. Magic Trackpad
  3. AirPods Pro

I've also sent numerous files to and from my MacBook Air and MacBook Pro via the AirDrop feature without any problems. The M1 Mac Mini is definitely a winner in my book....:)

Glad to hear it, I suspect I'll only have a Logitech mouse and Apple Bluetooth keyboard that will need to be connected.

I doubt the Logitech mouse will give you any problems, but if it does, you have some USB ports to connect a mouse to...:)

I have been running the current version of macOS 11.2 for a couple of days. Except for a weird quirk with my Magic Keyboard (something I probably did), no issues to report.

Weird install 11.2 on my Mac Mini M1 SSD-512 8G memory:

-after more then 2 hours it said update failed...
-it offer me to reinstall with time machine...
-but it did not accept any of my TM backup...
(Don’t remember the exact message)
-so the only option offer is to install BS...

So I didn’t had any other choice so go...

That’s meaning I will have to Download and install all my applications... (not happy at all).

But at the final reboot all my files and applications where there intact and functioning... (very happy !)

And the weirdest of all when I checked the version it was update to 11.2... ?!?!?

No idea what happened...?!?!?

Sounds to me like your operating system volume got corrupt and reinstalling simply put those files back in place.

Your apps, your files and your preferences live in a completely different volume, so as long as you don't erase the drive during the installation, they shouldn't be touched.

Got the notice of pending update yesterday evening - told it to 'go ahead' overnight. All done, all good so far. iMac 21.5, 2019
