Congrats on the new MacBook Pro!

The easiest and most legal way is to contact your provider and get a tethering data plan. AT&T runs about $20/month and you lose your unlimited data plan (if you have one). Not sure how VZW handles it or what they charge.

There are jailbreak tools for this, but the carriers are starting/trying to catch and crack down on unauthorized tethering. If they catch you, they will force you into the legal tethering solution (above). Some users report getting threatening letters from their providers saying that they know they're tethering without paying for it and threatening the conversion/loss of unlimited data... others say they've been tethering with JB and never got the notice from their provider. YMMV.

i was hoping that i didnt have to do a JB to my phone. i dont know that much about it and dont really want to mess with my phone and not get it back to factory settings. i guess ill have to call verizon and see what they say i hope i dont loose my unlimited data. unless i can figure out what the people that live next to me password is for their wireless, lol.

I also brought the MacBook Pro because I like the retina display. Which is so amazing and attractive, and secondly is its has just 0.71 inch thin and 4.46 pounds. Which is so good for me because sometime I go outside so, I take the book easily.
