M1 iPad Pro apps currently limited to 5GB of RAM, even 16GB version

iPad developer Procreate has confirmed that apps on iPadOS are limited in the amount of RAM that they can use on the device, even for Apple's new M1 16GB iPad Pro. Other reports suggest this figure is 5GB.
