Low power mode

I was wondering what does low power mode do other then stop email notifications and background app refresh does it still let apps notify you

IMO the toggle for this should be in control center for quicker access.

If you use Launcher in the Notification Center, you can use this URL as a shortcut to the new battery section.

prefs:root=BATTERY_USAGE

I just tested this, and it takes me right to the low power toggle.

I got the png image googling "battery png icons". It was vertical, so I had to turn it.
