Loving my iPhone but having wifi/lte issues

Pretty simple I'm getting extremely low up/download speeds on wifi and lte ,when I switch airplane mode on then turn it off lte seems to become stable but wifi continues to be an issue any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Make sure you are on the latest 10.0.3 update.

Where did you purchases your iPhone?

Have you tried resetting the network settings? I was having the same issues, but a network reset remedied the issue.
