I have lost the password to Icloud and my phone has locked up. What steps do I have to go through to change it.

Follow the steps to change your password.

Forgetting your iCloud password should NOT lock up your phone. Anyway, to change your iCloud password, you will need to answer the security questions associated with the account. If you cannot correctly answer the security questions, there is nothing we can do for you.
