Lost notes from iPhone

I updated my iPhone to IOS 9.2.1 and lost all notes. I see only old notes from 2013 year. Las backup made 20 January, IPhone updated 21 January. I try recover notes, but I don't see last years notes anywhere. Any suggestions?

1. Check the notes folder in all your configured email accounts.
2. Make sure the toggle next to notes is enabled in the Mail, Contacts, Calendars settings.
3. Restore the backup made on January 20th.
