Looking for the correct firmware for my iPad 2 (and keeps on saying not compatible)

Hi everyone! Thank you for taking the time to help me.

My ipad 2 A1397 EMC 2424 wifi + Verizon 64 G

I would like to go back to the preinstalled operating system, and from what I can research online, it says that it is ios 4.3 (8F190)

yet I can't find the firmware, I thought that I did but then it again says- Error not compatible

I can someone please help me? I am at wits end.
