Longest 30 seconds EVER

That was the longest 30 seconds of my life. Happened a few times, not sure what's up with that. Maybe a bug of some kind. Anyone else experience this or is it just me?

This is a bizarre error that's popped up on a couple of the MN sites. The admins are working on it.

Not sure why it gave the "you can post again in 2314 seconds", but the post again in 30 seconds is standard to try to defeat spammers.

I understand the 30 second rule but it was at least 40 minutes before I could post again. Weird

Like I said - they're aware of the issue and working on it.
