Login on site from popup not working (and some buttons)

I installed High Sierra last night on my 2016 MacBook Pro 15".
I have disabled the popup blocker for my supplier's website. The log-in popup appears, with my information, but the login button does nothing.

Also, using it without my login, some buttons (such as product compare) no longer work.

Is there another setting somewhere, or a glitch?

I can’t think of anything at he moment. I updated my work supplied MacBook Air to macOS High Sierra the other day and I don’t have any difficulty logging I. To various sites - work-related or otherwise. It’s always connected via a VPN that blocks ads, etcetera. Anyway, if I don’t forget, I’ll go through the settings when I get back home.
