Locked messages

Is there any way a person can lock certain messages that you don't want deleted?

No, unfortunately. You can take a screenshot though, and save those to your camera roll as backup if you want. Maybe email it to yourself as well just in case.

I forward texts from my bank to my Comcast email address. Then from there I upload it to my box app for safe keeping.
