Lock symbol on status bar inbetween time and temp?

I have a lock seem to all of sudden came up on my phone that won't go away. Its on my status bar in between the time and weather temp. Its not a unlocked lock. Its a lock that stays closed when phone is unlocked.

Any tips. Been maybe 2 days now. And nothing new has been added to phone.

It's the orientation lock, open safari and turn your phone sideways(landscape) does the page rotate with the phone? You can access it by double tapping the home button and swiping once to your left hit the orientation lock and it should go away.

Thanks that worked. Haven't used Safari in a lil bit so didn't notice it was locked.

LOL no prob man, yeah on the iPhone it's a lot harder to tell if the orientation is locked compared to the iPad.
