Lock Screen

So I just jailbroke my phone for the first time today, its awesome...but I'm still trying to get the hang of Winterboard and some other apps. I just downloaded the DROID lock screen, but the stupid factory time and date is in the way..is there any way to hide the factory time and date on the lock screen? Probably a stupid question, but I appreciate the help.
