local stores vs. Apple availability?

I was wondering if a local at&t authorized retail store will get the new iphone 4s the same time as the "main" att stores and the apple stores?? or will there be a delay shipping to the smaller stores?

noone really knows your best bet is to preorder for delivery if you want it on day one

Last year I get my iphone 4 at best buy on launch day, They didn't have any cases so I went to three different at&t stores and neither of them had the iphone 4, Apple store is the way to go, or ask at your local best buy if they are gonna have them the 14th
