Live option on Camera?

As a new iPhone user I am wondering what the Live option on the camera does and what effect it has on pictures. Thanks in advance!

Lots of camera discussions in these forums, try a search. The iPhone always has the best-in-class camera for a smartphone and the 6s/6s Plus are no exceptions. Also there are a ton of apps in the app store to take, edit and/or tweak photos -- almost so many it's overwhelming. One quick tip I can give you is avoid using zoom in the photo.app as much as possible -- it is digital zoom and degrades the picture. A little bit is ok, but you are better off cropping a full-size picture in post using software.

Thanks again. I am going to look for photo editing software. Good tip on zoom btw. Never thought of that.
