live/on demand tv

i was looking for a live/on demand tv app for the iphone, any recommadations?
preferably free??

Do you mean to watch live TV?

Only thing out there right now is Orb and it requires that you have a PC with a TV tuner hooked to it.

Slingbox for iPhone is supposed to be released sometime this year.

Can you do live TV with slingbox? I guess it's whatever is on your DVR so you could start playing it once it started recording something?

Slingbox is live TV.

To be fair Slingbox also allows you to record/watch recorded shows providing you have a DVR at home.

i have heard of the ustream app: is it any good? but i think you have to be connected to wifi only. any thoughts?

Not so good for me. Works well but the content is weak.
