Thinking of purchasing one are they worth it and what are the pros and cons any input would be appreciated

Yes, bunches of threads either all about the LP case, or turning into threads about them once people see how great they are.

We all love the LP cases.

I had one and didn't like it one bit. The sound was too muffled. I couldn't hear people talking and they couldn't hear me. The echo with speakerphone and FaceTime was awful, as well.

I have heard that LifeProof has corrected these issues on new cases, though.

Such a hard decision considering the cost I want something slim and protective but dont want it to change the user experience

I had the same problems and returned mine, sad too cuz I liked the case a lot

LifeProof really have fixed all issues they had and are miles ahead in protection for iPhones. If you want to NOT have to worry about your iPhone no matter what then LifeProof is for you.
