I use a Apple leather case and last night when I was having a drink someone bumped into me and I droppen my phone.
It landed flat on its back

I had the Apple silicone case on my iPhone 6 plus when I was walking across the street to my house. I don't use screen protectors, so of course the concrete left a nice gash.

I did get lucky because at that time it was stuck in headphone mode so I called about that and had it swapped out through T-Mobile.

Now I have the Rhinoshield. I still do not use a screen protector but I am a lot more careful with my device. I will be getting a life proof case for the summer and will most likely use that screen protector, or I'll get a glass screen protector if it works with the LifeProof case.

So far I've only dropped it in the house on carpet. Maybe 4 times since November when I got it.

I have a life proof with a zaggs glass screen protector and the times I dropped it, it didn't suffer any damage
