25 C ( 77F) is about the cusp of 'cool' - 23 is deemed 'frigid'. It did hit 22 at the airport overnight last night. . On the other hand I remember one summer night a few years ago I set my alarm to go outside to see some rare lunar phenomenon)- it was not only cloudy at 2:30 AM, but still 35 deg (ie 95 F) decidly humidly warm. 'Humidex' & 'Feels like' reporting become a bit acedemic
