Left Apple Tv for Android Tv because of more options.

My biggest peeve about Apple TV is that there is no way to add or remove apps. It's not built for my taste as far as apps go. I have a home screen full of apps I don't use.

Wish they had the nba app for Canadians so I could catch highlights at least. Or a news app.

You can't remove them but you can hide the ones you don't want to see. It's in the settings menu. You can also rearrange them by long clicking on one till they wiggle then direct them around.

As to the other comments, if Android tv has more things to offer then great! The more help we get in our battle to cut the cable, the better!

XBMC is amazing and will do way more than just play your media. If you haven't heard of it, you should really check it out on youtube. It can open up a world of entertainment.

You don't need to throw out your apple tv though to use xbmc. It's available for apple tv 1 and 2 (not 3), ios, and macbooks too. Only thing is there are airplay issues right now with xbmc but I think they'll solve the problem soon enough.

I'll be honest, if you guys didn't have a ton of apple devices already, I'd get an android box. But if you've got all apple already, you should just stick with the apple tv in my opinion. Besides xbmc, the rest of the android apps aren't really all that.
