Latest, Greatest & Cheapest Way to Migrate from Treo 755 to iphone 3GS?

Making the jump to the 3GS tomorrow to get the last of unlimited data. Have 10 years of contacts, calendars, memos and photos on my Treo 755 to migrate over. Read older threads of ways to do it. But what are the latest options? I'm on a PC.

Contacts & calenders, I have saved in Outlook and sync them over. The pics u can transfer them to one folder on ur desktop, then import into iTunes then sync.

Part of it depends on whether you've been syncing your Treo to Outlook or Palm desktop. If Outlook, just sync your iPhone to Outlook. If Palm desktop, get CompanionLink (the trial will do for a one shot sync) and sync your Palm desktop to Google, then sync your iPhone to Google. Only thing you'll miss that way are notes and tasks. Export your notes to Evernote or GoogleDocs.

Once contacts and calendars are synched into the iphone via Google, can you then synch them with either itunes on your computer or with Google on the web? If so...what are the advantages and disadvantages of each?
