Keyboard and sms messaging??

I need help, I can't stand the voice talking when I'm typing my sms messaging. Sometime it comes on and sometime it doesn't. I don't want people hearing what I'm texting so how do I turn this feature off??? and is there a way I can change any of the setting in my messaging??? Like font to background color to anything??? Thanks for your help..

settings>general> accessibility you probably have to turn off voice over..


theres no way to change the background of the text messages

Once a jailbreak comes out for the 4S you can change all of the fonts and settings, until the. You're out of luck.
