Keeps asking for password

Hi!
A while ago I changed the e-mail on my iPhone 6+ and ever since iOS keep asking me to enter the password every now and then. Anyone else had this problem and found a sollution? I've tried to enter it but it still comes up sporadicaly.

Did you change the "email" or your Apple ID that's in the form of an email address? If the former, delete the account from your device, reboot, and then re-configure the account on the device using the new email passcode.
