Hi, I just wanna know, will the iPhone battery get swollen after using it more than 2 or 3 years? Or just the battery life drains faster?

Depends on how you use the device and how you charge... either can happen... or the battery simply no longer will take or hold a charge...

That's the problem with sealed batteries. Of course the upside is decreased size of the phone overall I believe.

Probably both problems exist. Check with an Apple Store to be sure.

I've been using my iPhone 5 for 25 months with an Otterbox Defender on it the whole time. Still works. The battery is waning, but no swelling as far as I know.
