July Activity Challenge, are you up to it?

I have not yet received mine, so I have no idea.

I'm restricted from running or lifting until June 22, as I was for most of June, so I probably won't make this.

Finally! It’s been hard for me to close my exercise ring (45 min) consistently for the past few months due to a running injury. So my workouts have been less time therefore my monthly challenge goals have gone down accordingly. I’m slowly getting back on pace with my normal workout routine.

Although I'm not allowed to run or lift for another week or so, at my last doctor's visit, I was told I could walk as much as I wanted. So, I've been slowly increasing my walks (on a treadmill) and am up to 5 miles with a moderately steep incline. As a result:

I made it. Vacation starting Wednesday for the rest of the month and I was one day away so I thought I wouldn't make it.
