Journal app with facebook sharing

I'm looking for a journal app for my IPAD3 and Iphone 4S so I can record my daily life.

I want to be able to upload certain entries to Facebook or Twitter when necessary.

Currently I'm using the PATH app but certain things I'd like to record for my personnal rememberance and not have on the internet.

Has anyone found a journal app that can upload to Facebook or twitter ?
