Jailbreak newbie question

I've had my phone jailbroken for a few days (Awesome) and I was curious if there was an "app" that allows you to scroll thru your push notifications?
For instance, if I get a push from ESPN and then one from Facebook the ESPN one gets buried and I can't read it. I believe Android allows you to scroll thru your pushes....
One last question for now . Now that my phone is jailbroken i have these invisible apps that are only viewable if I hold down on a real app to move it around or delete and then I see these blank apps with the small x and the number of my pages increases to the limit all filled with these invisible apps. Has anyone had that issue?

Did u install an app called iblank or maybe an app u installed from cydia installed it. It's used for different themes to give u blank space for different things, ie clocks, weather, etc.. Look in cydia under ur packages to see if it's installed and u can delete it from there

Catagories wouldn't have installed it. Be care with that one bc it can do some real damage if u mess up. And u can delete anything fom the manage tab > packages. U can delete the blank icons by clicking n the red x

yeah I've highlighted the apps so they shake and i've deleted all the blank ones but they keep coming back.

I have to say that there is one "app" called MacCiti theme I never downloaded that is located on my springboard but at the very end of the my pages (pg9). When I click on that one it takes me to the browser so I'm wondering if that is the culprit. I've tried to delete a few times but it keeps coming back along with the invisible apps.
Ever hear of MacCiti?

I'm having the same issue. It's not Macciti. Did you figure out the answer yet r5? I need help too. I just downloaded categories with iNav, and since then, I'm having the same issue.
