jailbreak issue...

so my buddy has an iphone 2g, with the 3.1.3 (7E18) software, and asked me to jailbreak it for him, since i jailbroke my ipod with spirit, i thought it would work... bad news, it didnt

it jailbroke, but stuck on the flash screen with the bar and spinning wheel in the center for over an hour, tried rebooting, restored it, and then we had to reactivate it with att, didnt work... now we are trying to figure out how to fix this, we tried restoring the iphone, and it didnt help at all

i had the same problem with mine. i tried pressing the home and lock/unlock button for about 25 sec. screen will go blank and apple logo will show.. keep pressing until it goes black again.

after a minute turn it on
