Jailbreak and iTunes 10

Hi, I have an iPhone 3GS on 4.0 jailbroken and unlocked. Is the new iTunes 10 safe to install? Will it break my jailbreak or unlock?

Ya, i JUST realized that! lol because i was reading all the posts and it said "itunes 10 now available" so i thought it was then i went to look at the apple.ca website and i clicked on itunes just to see whats new and it said "itunes 10 coming soon" sorry about this thread guys!!

Hey guys! ok so itunes 10 is now available from apple. i did some searching around and found this:

it says that its safe but if you scroll down a few posts it says that itunes crashes when on the apps tab. not sure if this is true or not. has anyone tried itunes 10 with a jailbroken idevice?

Yeah i updated today and whenever i try to click the apps tab it just crashes

Yes I am jailbroken. I wouldn't have posted in response to this question in the Jailbreak Forum unless it had to do with Jailbreak and iTunes 10 as the title of the thread implies.

For people with the app crash on jailbroken phones, I've heard it could be related to infinifolders or iconoclasm. Unrelated: WiFi Sync is supposedly busted by iTunes 10 as well.

Do you have any of the apps that Massie said? such as infinifolders or iconoclasm?
