I have an ancient iPod Nano 2G. It works fine, at least up to now, and meets my requirements. Problem is, my iTunes does not recognize it any more and it does not show up in My Computer. Neither will it show up in iTunes on my wife?s computer.
I have performed a ?squeaky clean? reinstall of iTunes but no change. I bought a new USB cable. No change. The iPod charges on the old USB cable and it plays fine. Does anyone have a suggestion to overcome this problem?
