iTunes/new laptop

This may be a stupid question, I'm not sure... I got a new laptop and am in the process of moving all my data from old to new. Is there any way to avoid having to re-setup my iPhone when I sync it with iTunes on the new computer? Is there a way to save my settings and or a backup on the old computer and move that to the new one?
